All the payed orders will be shipped on Thursdays and Fridays of every week. On top of that we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that the order already was sent.
II. SHIPPING & RETOURS POLICIES.
> Lostracks records only works with registered airmail shippment in order to have a tracking number in case of any packet gets lost or damage. In that case please write us ( info@lostracks.es ) and we will contact you asap once we have more information of the shippment.
>> In case that we recieve a retourned package due to an incomplete or wrong address then client must pay new shippment.
>>> We only will admit returns of orders that arrives crashed to the client for a shippment accident,etc,.. we only will ask you to attach us a pic to demostrate it. Lostracks records will replace with a new copy if its in stock and will shipp it again free for any inconvenience caused.
>>>>Postage & Packing cost are non-negotiable so we won’t serve any order out of the prices before described.
>>>>> Lostracks records won’t accept any reclamation after 7 natural days from the reception of the order.

NOTE: Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear (on a styrene record, the groove will be starting to turn white).
A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.
It is a common item, you will probably find another copy in better shape eventually. Pass it up. But, if its something you have been seeking for years, and the price is right, get it...but keep looking to upgrade.
>> All the cd’s that we sell in this website are new unsealed copies, for this reason we can’t personally check them to know if there is any fabrication problem. The client in this case will have to send back so we can check it and if we have more copies will send it for free. If don’t have more in stock you could take another reference or we would give your money back.
