I. ORDERS
> Placing an order trought this website means to accept all the general conditions described in this section.
>> Lostracks Records will send an automatic confirmation e-mail of all the orders placed in this website and later on, within 24 - 48 hours will send another e-mail confirming total amount to pay according to your payment method.
>>> The shippment cost it’s not included and the client must pay it apart. You can check the different rates in the shippment & return section.
II. PAYMENT METHODS.
Until the complete payment it’s not confirmed within 5 – 7 working days via paypal or postal cheque 7 – 10 working days your order won’t be procesed and we reserve the right to relist the items again in the shop.

The client must accept the % according to the total amount to pay in order to cover
the paypal fees to use this payment option.

If don’t hold a credit card can easily send cash in a registered way, ask at your post office about this international payment option, our address will be given in the order confirmation email.
Note: No bank cheques will be accepted due to the high international bank fees.
